Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Chicken Caccictora
My favorite food is "chicken caccictora" and its very good for you. Its not hard to prepare and you have to cook over an hour to make sure its cook through.
Pepper With Tortilla Wrap
I made this simple version of the "Biggest Loser Cook Book", recipe. Instead of adding chicken, I just put barbecue sauce, fried peppers, and parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
French Toast
I followed a recipe in a Nutrisystem cookbook, Instead of sugar, I used maple syrup. Put one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, mix your egg sauce with the bread in it. And then cook until golden brown on both sides. I put a teaspoon of milk and vanilla extract.
Lemon Chicken Garlic Soup
I followed a recipe using Bob Harper "Skinny Meal" for dinner. Sometimes, this makes a excellent breakfast too and lunch. Whatever suits you. I used, garlic, kale, chicken fillets, regular chicken stock (the cube) (taste so much better) and some spices. Oregano, basil, bay leaf, lemon juice, garlic clove finely chopped, some yellow onions.

A Caesar Turkey Salad
Caesar salad that I made and it was fabulous. I used the dressing from Bob Harper cookbook "The Skinny Meals" To my surprised it just taste like the restaurant.
What you need is Greek yogurt, teaspoon lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic clove crushed, black pepper, Parmesan cheese and one teaspoon of water. Mix all into the blender and until smooth, then pour onto your salad. I made this by using his recipe and it taste great.
Strawberry Smoothie
A Strawberry Drink that I always love to make. With a good blend, mix in strawberries, cut, ice cube crushed, teaspoon lemon juice and teaspoon of sugar. Put in blender and mix for full of two minutes until smooth. Then pour in a glass and enjoy!

A simple recipe cook by my dad he loves barbecue and it taste great even without the added buns and sauce on top!
Korean Spicy Ramen Noodle
I love these spicy Korean noodles they taste good and it is not too hard on the stomach. I try not to go over the calorie limit on noodles because it is made out of pasta flavor and I need to cut back on the flour, and pasta foods. So far these are the types of food I have been eating to maintain a low weight and feeling good.

A simple recipe from Bob Harper book, It was either in the "Skinny Rules" or "The Skinny Meals Cookbook," and in this recipe had Parmesan grated cheese and olive oil and red pepper flakes.
